Generally, we pack our goods in neutral brown cartons. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after obtaining your authorization letters.
What are your terms of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will provide photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
How about your delivery time?
Generally, it will take 10 to 20 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Can you produce according to samples?
Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can also build the necessary molds and fixtures.
What is your sample policy?
We can supply samples if we have ready parts in stock. Customers are responsible for the sample and courier costs, though some items may offer free samples.
Do you test all your goods before delivery?
Yes, we perform a 100% test on all products before delivery to ensure the highest quality standards.
