We are a factory; OEM and ODM services are provided.
2. What's your payment term?
Usually, we accept T/T. For regular orders, we prefer 30% of the total amount as a down payment and the balance paid before delivery.
3. Can we order a sample before mass production?
Yes, sample orders are available and typically take 5-7 days to finish. Sample fees can be reduced in the bulk order.
4. How can I trust your quality?
The whole production process is in strict accordance with CE standards. Every procedure is supervised by our QC department with a final check before shipping.
5. Is special size request light box available?
Yes, customized sizing is available. We also offer standard sizes like A4, A3, A2, A1, and A0.
6. How long is the warranty for the light box?
Each light box comes with a 1-year warranty.
