A1: OEM/ODM is available. For logo, we can do laser and Screen print or print your logo on the label.
Q2: What is the warranty of your products?
A2: The warranty is 24 months; if the products do not work in the warranty period, please let us know them in detail and show us the relative picture, we will give after-sale service according to the situation.
Q3: How does your factory do related quality control?
A3: Quality is top priority. Firstly, we will control the raw material; secondly, every worker does his job on the production line to ensure professionalism; lastly, all products will be fully tested well before packing.
Q4: Can I have a sample for test?
A4: Yes, samples are welcome. Mixed colors are acceptable.
Q5: Which payment methods can you accept?
